At Poland Chiropractic Clinic, we prioritize creating treatment plans based on your health needs, not dictated by insurance coverage. Therefore, we are not affiliated with insurance networks. This approach ensures you receive personalized care tailored to your specific condition and functional goals. Payment is expected at the end of each appointment, and we accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, as well as FSA and HSA payments.

If you have insurance, you are still welcome to receive treatment with us! Following your visit, you can request a super bill—an itemized receipt detailing your diagnosis, treatment provided, and payments made. You can then submit this super bill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, provided they offer out-of-network benefits.

Discover a seamless scheduling experience with Poland Chiropractic Clinic. Manage your appointments effortlessly through our online portal. Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with ease, ranging from 4 hours to 3 months in advance. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling online are accepted up to 12 hours before your appointment.

Policies & Fees:

Please note that a $25 late cancellation fee will apply if we are not notified within the required 12 hour time frame. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit cost. If a credit card is on file, the charge will automatically be applied to your account. If no card is stored, the fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Keep in mind, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments prevent others from receiving the care they need. While we hope this doesn't happen, patients who continually abuse this policy will not be allowed to schedule with our clinic.

Initial Examination: $130

At your first appointment, we'll discuss your main health concerns and desired outcomes. Next, I'll conduct an examination to tailor the most suitable care approach, assessing your musculoskeletal and nervous systems to ensure chiropractic is safe and effective for your condition. If needed, I may recommend additional imaging or lab tests before treatment. Assuming no issues arise, treatment will be provided by the end of your visit.

15 Minute Chiropractic: $55

During your 15-minute chiropractic appointment, you will receive focused and effective care tailored to your needs. In this brief but comprehensive session, you can expect:

Chiropractic Adjustment or Manual Therapy: Our chiropractor will perform a targeted adjustment or manual therapy techniques to enhance joint function. This hands-on approach is designed to improve your mobility and alleviate pain.

One Passive Modality: To complement the manual therapy, you will receive one passive modality. This may include options like heat or cold therapy, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation. These treatments help to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and promote healing by providing targeted relief to affected areas. 30 Minute Chiropractic: $80

At our clinic, a 30-minute chiropractic appointment is designed to provide a thorough and effective approach to your musculoskeletal health. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include a combination of the following components: chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, passive modalities, and therapeutic exercises.

15 Minute Cupping Therapy: $35

Experience the rejuvenating effects of a brief but effective cupping therapy session designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This 15-minute session is perfect for those seeking a quick yet impactful treatment.

Re-Evaluation: $115

This appointment type will be for existing patients with a new injury or complaint. Dr. Lex will need to re-evaluate the new condition similarly to the first appointment. If conservative care is warranted, treatment will be rendered the same day.
